In an emergency in India, call 112. FLAR3 is in development and is not yet available.
Our standPrivacy & trust

No ads. Ever.

A woman's location and safety data are the most sensitive things she shares. FLAR3 will never run ads or sell data. And emergency access is never the upsell: SOS, contacts, location and calling stay free for everyone.

Our commitmentsPrivacy & security

What we do before FLAR3 ever launches.

Indian data protection

Data flows mapped against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules, with qualified counsel.

Consent & data minimisation

Collect only what each feature needs; granular, revocable consent.

Location & recording safeguards

Time-limited sharing; recording only with consent and legal review.

Secure storage & transmission

Encryption, key management, access control and audit logging.

Retention & deletion

Written retention periods; real, user-triggered deletion.

Android & iOS limitations

Background-location, SMS and permission limits documented and designed around honestly.

Hardware certification

Applicable wireless, safety and import approvals identified per device type before committing.

Verified emergency information

Every number and service sourced, verified and dated, with scheduled re-checks.

Incident response & moderation

Breach playbook, on-call ownership and community escalation paths.

No promise of guaranteed response

Product copy, store listings and terms reviewed so nothing over-claims.

Honest limitsWhat we won't claim

FLAR3 cannot guarantee safety or an emergency response.

Its job is to make it faster and more reliable for the right people to know what's happening — and to be honest about where it can fail.

Does FLAR3 call the police automatically?

No. The SOS screen offers one tap to dial 112, but the user places the call. Contacts are not guaranteed to respond.

What happens without mobile data?

The SOS workflow starts on the phone and is logged locally first. FLAR3 tries SMS where the OS and network allow it, queues push alerts for retry and surfaces the 112 call option. Dialling 112 needs cellular voice, not data.

What if my location can't be found?

FLAR3 sends the last known location clearly marked with its age, or states plainly that no location is available. It never presents a stale fix as current.

Will my alert always be delivered?

Delivery depends on permissions, battery, coverage and third-party services. FLAR3 tries every available route and shows the outcome per contact — queued, sent, delivered or failed — and prompts you to call directly if delivery fails.

Can Gear devices work without my phone?

Only some. Locket, Band and Ring need the paired phone nearby. Track has its own GPS and cellular radio. Sound is a local alarm that alerts people nearby, not remote contacts. GPS alone is receive-only and cannot send your position anywhere.

Can other community members see where I am?

No. Community members never see another user's location by default. Location is shared only with contacts you choose, for a set time.

Your controlsIn the app

You decide who sees what, and for how long.

Location with an end time

Share for a journey or an alert, with chosen contacts only. It stops when the time is up.

Nothing public by default

Community members never see where you are. Your profile shows only what you choose.

Consent for each data type

Location, contacts, recordings and notes each ask separately. Change your mind any time.

See your own history

A private record of every alert and who received it. Only you can open it.

Real deletion

Delete an incident, a journey or your whole account, and it's gone from our servers.

Encrypted and locked down

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict internal access and audit logs.
